The HRM Programme structure
The HRM Practitioners Programme consists of a Certificate and a Diploma, each comprising four subjects. Students will not be awarded the Diploma until they have passed all eight subjects

Standard: The practitioner’s certificate in HRM is set and marked to A-Level standard. The Parishioners Diploma in HRM is set and marked to the standard of the first year of a UK Business studies degree and is comparable to Diploma part 1 of the Business administration Programme
Exemptions
Holders of ABE Diploma part 1 in Business Administration will be able to claim exemption from introduction to Business and Introduction to Business Communication in the HRM Practitioner Certificate. No other exemptions are allowed in the HRM Practitioners Certificate. In the HRM Practitioners Diploma, exemptions are not allowed for Human Asset Management or Human Resource Development.
